Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and marked with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our support team.

4. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective items returned.

5. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item for your refund to be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
