1. Shipping Availability

Wine Shipping: We currently ship wine to the following U.S. states, in compliance with local laws: AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, DC.

Hard Liquor Shipping: We cannot ship hard liquor to the following states due to restrictions: AL, AK, HI, KY, ND, NH, MS, UT.

2. Age Requirement

All shipments must be received by an adult 21 years or older. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery. We strongly recommend using a business address for best delivery success.

3. Order Cutoff and Processing

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day.

4. Shipping Times and Methods

  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days for most U.S. locations.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or licensed alcohol carriers. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping is free on all orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Track the status directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate. Rare Liquor is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Returned Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist with replacements or refunds as applicable.
  • Returned shipments due to address issues will be subject to reshipping fees.
